SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

  • Izle Fashion Brand aims to dispatch most orders within 5-7 work days for local deliveries and 10-15 work days for international deliveries or sooner, depending on customer specifications, stock, and item availability. Please ensure that a contact number and email address are provided for all shipments; missing information may cause delays in order processing.
  • We will reach out via email or phone if there are significant delays or if items are out of stock.
  • For local deliveries within Lagos, our goal is same-day delivery after the courier has picked up the order from our warehouse, depending on the address and communication with the customer.

 

If you refuse delivery, are unavailable, or unable to accept the package despite reasonable attempts by the courier, your item will be returned to Izle Fashion Brand. You will be charged for unpaid duties, taxes, and additional shipping costs.

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES


International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information. Izle will not assume responsibility for any customs charges imposed by individual countries or for any potential delays in customs processing.

 

TERMS OF EXCHANGE / RETURNS / REFUND

IZLE FASHION BRAND DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS EXCEPT FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.

  • We value our customers and strive for 100% satisfaction with your purchases. To prevent inconvenience or delays, we recommend reviewing the SIZING CHART in detail before making a purchase.
  • If your purchased item does not fit well, please email us at info@izlefashionbrand.com, quoting your Order number and sizing issue within 1 week of receiving your order. We offer exchanges for FULL PRICE ITEMS ONLY. Refunds are not provided.
  • Upon receiving your request, a customer service representative will contact you with size options. If the item is out of stock, we will suggest alternatives or offer a credit note that can be used on www.izlefashionbrand.com anytime within 6 months.
  • All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. We do not offer alterations, though we may assist with alterations for an additional fee by one of our production team members.
  • For exchanges, items must be received at our store within 7 working days of receipt of the package. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with original packaging and garment tags still attached. Sale or promotional items may not be exchanged or refunded.
  • We do not accept any item with indications of use. Such items will be returned to the purchaser. It is advisable to return items via known courier companies like FedEx, DHL, or UPS, and keep proof of postage, as we are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • Postal costs for returned goods are the customer's responsibility and will only be reimbursed in the case of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

Despite thorough checks, if you receive a damaged item, please email us at info@izlefashionbrand.com with your Order Number, a description of the damage, and an image if possible. Claims for damaged goods or missing items must be made within 2 business days of package receipt.

Upon receiving your request, a team member will contact you. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and provide a new estimated dispatch date for the replacement. There will be no shipping fee for the replacement item. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a credit note valid on www.izlefashionbrand.com for 6 months or process a refund.

 

SALES

During specific sales events, we experience high order volumes, which may result in slightly longer dispatch times. Sale orders are final, with no returns, exchanges, or alterations.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders placed online are final. We do not offer cancellations.
